Allegra Online
A: It should mean all antacids, because they inhibit absorption. So the med is uneffective.
Q: does anyone know a good international online pharmacy i can buy cold and flu medicine from?
I want to purchase either allegra d or telfast d from an international pharmacy. does anyone know a legit one? they have psuedoephedrine in them
A: Why do you need psuedoephedrine? Are you making illegal drugs?
Q: Can i take Allegra-D and Zyrtec at the same time?
I have tried looking online and can’t find anything that says yes or no.
A: Biggest problem with this is that it will dry out your mucus tissues something awful. That is too much of the same medication. If you do it, drink a ton of water or your eyes and nose…even mouth is going to be SO VERY DRY. It also makes germs “stick” more easily due to dry membranes and you can catch viruses more easily.
Q: What does the Spanish word “Allegra” mean in English?
I may be spelling it wrong because online translators are not helping. I heard it spoken about a woman and am curious what it meant!
Thank you!
A: Alegria–Happiness
Alegre–Happy; Cheerful

Q: Allegra D & decreased urination?
Okay so a friend at my work is sick & started taking Allegra D & has noticed that when he has to urinate it seems that either he cant go or doesnt go very much. I pulled up info on Allegra & it said that is a serious side effect & that he should stop taking it & call his Dr….ok, but our question is this, WHY would Allegra cause this? What does it do to the body that would cause this problem? I tried to find out online but am coming up empty…..thanks so much we’re a bit worried..Thanks?
A: The “D” in Allegra D signifies a decongestant component. Probably pseudophedrine. That is probably what is causing the symptoms you mention. If you are not suffering problems with bad congestion of your sinuses you don’t need this. Try regular Allegra, not D, and see if this helps.
Q: How can I watch old nick jr. shows online?
shows like allegra’s window, eureka’s castle, the busy world of Richard scarry, etc.
A: I use http://tvshowsadvanced.info
Q: Need help with generic allegra… are these the same pills?
I used to take this one:
http://www.pharmer.org/files/images/Picture%204.jpg
But now my refill looks like this:
http://www.drugs.com/images/pills/mmx/t102689b/allegra.jpg
I’m told by the pharmacist they are the exact same thing. I looked it up online and it says they are the same thing.
But my allergy symptoms are headaches and they seem to be coming back since switching. Coincidence?
A: they are the same thing. Most companies will make the same pill put them in a name brand bottle and then put the same pill in a GENERIC bottle and sell it for less than the brand name. and sell twice as many. it is called marketing.
Q: Anyone remember that show Allegra’s Window?
I think it used to be on nickelodeon like 12 years ago… Also does anyone know where I could watch eps of that show online? lol I know I’m losery. I just want to remember it more clearly.
A: yes i remember it, it had the purple puppet with the dreadlocks. I didn’t watch it though. I’m even older then that, i liked pinwheel and todays special. Anyways, not sure where you can watch em. I’ve been looking to watch some old nick shows myself and never can find em online. Good luck to you
Q: Does Fexofenadine (Allegra) cause depression?
I’ve been taking fexofenadine for the past couple months for my allergies. Within the past two weeks I have become depressed. I looked it up online it says that depression is a side effect. Have any of you heard of anything?
A: One of Allegra’s side effects is a change in mood. This is also a side effect that warrants immediate contact with your doctor. If you have not contacted your doctor to tell him of this problem, please do so immediately. He will probably want to switch you to another allergy medication.
Q: Seattle-area members with allergies – does Zyrtec work for you?
I didn’t have any allergies until I moved up here from South Florida. I haven’t been tested but I’m probably allergic to pine or the pollens that we have here. Allegra D works well for me but even on my insurance it costs me over $60 for 30 tabs and during the spring I have to take two tablets a day so that’s $4 a day just so I can breath! Allegra D is off-the-shelf in Canada so I pick a few boxes up when I’m up there or order them online from a Canadian drug store which only costs me about $20 a box.
I’m wondering if anyone with similar allergies up here (again UP HERE I don’t want to hear from those of you that frequent the Seattle section that don’t live here) have tried Zyrtec now that it’s no longer prescription? Would be much easier if I could just buy that at local stores then deal with my Canadian allergy med smuggling lol
https://www.canadadrugsuperstore.com that’s the one I use for the Allegra D
Thanks, Pretty Kitty!
A: My boyfriend does (I’m in Seattle, he’s in Olympia but he’s got allergies everywhere we go).
Nothing seems to work for him unfortunately. I will pass on the useful info about Canadian meds to him though, thanks to you!
Q: Migraines are making me crazy! Please help if you have them.?
My mother has suffered from migraines her whole life, and we always knew there was a chance I would inherit that from her. I moved to a different state in July. Since I’ve lived here, I’ve had weird problems with my earwax building up and not draining – causing my ears to ring. My ent prescribed Allegra 180mg, but my ears still ring. Well in September, I had a terrible headache and went to the doctor. I told him my mom had migraines, we talked about my symptoms, and he diagnosed it as a migraine and gave me Midrin. I had told him I wanted to start with one of the weaker meds to see if it worked. The headache went away after 3-4 days, but my eyes were sort of sore for a week or so after. It’s like, if I look up, down, left, or right as far as I can, it’s like a sore achy feeling. My mom says she gets this before and after her migraines. It finally went away and I forgot about it. I just had my second migraine this past week. My eyes got really sore for about a week, and then it hit me really hard one morning. I puked my guts up, and continued the Midrin. The headache actually left fairly quickly, but I was left with a dull achy feeling for about a day after. Today I keep feeling like I’m completely better, but then I’ll feel a dull pain that reminds me. My mom says this is how hers feel, but when I research migraines online, it points me toward brain tumors and aneurysms and I’m going nuts! All the symptoms are the same!! How are you supposed to know whether you have something worse? My husband says if I had an aneurysm or tumor, I would have more physical symptoms like confusion, personality changes, dizziness, etc. I’m 22, by the way, and have always been a healthy person, healthy weight, etc. The only thing that changed in Sept was I started a new birth control. Help from ANYONE with migraines would be appreciated. Do you have eye pain? Thanks so much to anyone who can help.
A: Poor you i suffered Migraines for years all the same symptoms as you and some even worse. I have had them where i cannot see i get curtains in front of my eyes and it is so scary and of course when you are scared it makes your headaches and some of the other symptoms worse. My daughter inherited them from me when she was in her 20,s and she only gets really bad ones if she is really stressed either in her personal life or work. Do not look on the internet at brain tumours etc., it will send you nuts. Remember you have migraines nothing worse although they in themselves are painful.
I also suffer from tinititus noises in the ear and i get lots of wax build up i was told to use ear plugs when swimming and having showers as this could cause the ear wax to get worse and it does. This will clear up in time mine did, but then again sometimes it comes back. But if these are all the worse things you suffer from then its not so bad. Good luck in managing it all take care.
Q: Comparable Prescription To Ponstel?
I have been taking Ponstel for severe menstrual cramps (primary dysmenorrhea) for years and completely love it! However, my insurance just decided not to cover it anymore, and I can’t pay full price of around $250 per bottle. I found a drug online called Buscopan, which seemed good, but it said not to take with antihistamines, but I take Allegra on a daily basis, so I had to nix that idea.
Does anybody know by experience of any other comparable medications? (I’m allergic to Naproxen.)
I need to correct myself…I haven’t taken it for years straight. I started taking it several years ago, but only for the first 5 days I’m off my BCP. And, since I take my BCP for 3 months straight, I only take it 4 times a year.
And, actually, I just went to my pharmacist today and they can get the generic, but it’s $290 for a bottle of 30. That’s CRAZY!!!! FOR GENERIC?!?!?!?!
A: Ponstel (also called Mefanamic Acid) is not yet available in the generic form, at least in the United States. However, it is a pain reliever, an NSAID like ibupofen, naproxen, ketorolac, and several others. Even if you can’t take naproxen, you and your doctor may be able to find an alterantive that will work for you. There are literally more than a dozen choices now, and with Ponstel costing so outrageously much (!!), it is worth trying some of the others.
By the way, I don’t know how many days a month you take Ponstel, but it is meant for short-term use only. I think the maximum is about 7 days. If you are taking “for years,” it’s time to talk with your doctor anyway. It may be a good idea to switch to something else.
I hope this helps, and I wish you good luck.
